About: Serve and Lead is to work with leaders in the public sector to develop servant leaders with vision, character, and competence to change society. We had the honor of hosting serval key leaders
including two parliament members and several high-ranking leaders to Washington DC. We took them to attend the National Prayer Breakfast for strategic networking and connecting with like-minded politicians who are living out their faith in politics around the world. Since then, serval initiatives took place through these empowered leaders, including Grow Mongolia 2019 Ethics conference, the Mongolian national prayer breakfast 2020, Ministry of education leadership training 2020 and Public service Women’s leadership gatherings 2021, and ongoing mentorship supports. We are so grateful for being able to walk alongside these leaders who are called to politics and public office with strategic relationships, advisory service, mentorship, and innovative projects initiations.

About: Mercy Network exists to serve vulnerable families in Mongolia who need immediate physical (food), emotional, relational, and spiritual support. We are a faith-driven mercy ministry that believes in equipping and working with local churches and volunteers in the community to create a sustainable cycle of care for those in need.
As the whole world is going through a pandemic, we all are experiencing different hardships. The Mercy Network project has been providing 48-70 families for an entire month worth of food since 2020. In 2023, the Mercy Network project is building its Community Center by collaborating with Children’s Hunger Fund NGO. The Center will have the holistic community transformation program to support low-income families and each member of the family will benefit from the program by being educated. Mercy Network will not only provide bread to the families, but also will teach them how to make their own bread.
Help us to deliver mercy, love, and hope to those who are in desperate need. Please join us and make a lasting impact on vulnerable families by partnering with Mercy Network?

We have partnered with the Christian entrepreneurs and startup community, as well as American Mongolian immigrant software engineers from the Bay area helped us launched our First Coding camp! This will dramatically change the tech startup scene as well as the entrepreneurs' initiatives in a nation hungry for future change. So far, we have a team of eight software engineers from Amazon, Google and other large companies who are helping us create the curriculum for the short term camps and also looking into the long term bootcamp plans. About: NextGen Conference was launched in September 2020. This conference was launched with the purpose to equip, inspire, and encourage the next generation of leaders to stand up for their calling for the Kingdom of God. The partnership of MEA, World Vision, and Global advance made all this possible. Pastor’s Conference with 70 attendance and the youth conference had around 280 attendance — with topics such as Christian Ethics, Faith, Digital influence, Christian apologetics, Music and influence, and Christian Business model.
