GLOBAL LEADERSHIP FORUM/ GOVERNMENT ETHIC SEMINAR

About: Our vision is to impact strategic leaders in churches, in the marketplace, and in the different sphere of influences in Mongolia. This past February, we had the honor of hosting Parliament member of Mongolia and his colleagues in Southern California and Washington DC. We took them to attend the National Prayer Breakfast for strategic networking and connecting with like-minded politicians who are living out their faith in politics around the world. Through this key initiatives, we were able to get invited to put together Government Ethic Seminar and Global Business Leadership Forum in Mongolia in 2019. We will be launching our first Global Business Leadership Forum early next year targeting CEOs, founders, Senior/Mid level leaderships of different organizations, also Startup community and entrepreneurs. We will bring well-known speakers and people has strong background in leadership, business and social sectors from US and also from nearby regions in Asia to Mongolia. We will be continuously hosting again in 2019 a few more politicians and leaders in Washington DC for the Presidential Prayers breakfast.

About: The Kingdom Entrepreneurs Network, first strategy is to reach out and influence marketplace leaders and entrepreneurs through a quarterly “Explore Your Calling” Event both live and also through social media. This is an opportunity for college students and young professionals to interact and learn from speakers and panelists who have been influential through their career and work with faith integrations. Second strategy, we have a community of over 100 Entrepreneurs that are part of our Mongolian Kingdom entrepreneurs network in Bay area, Washington DC, Chicago, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and Hohhot, China. We will be officially launching holistic training groups and an accelerator program to this community of entrepreneurs and business professionals to train, empower and release their God given callings in business and marketplace. This includes Kingdom Business Forum late next year targeting CEOs, founders, Senior/Mid-level leaderships of different organizations, also Startup community and entrepreneurs.

About: Coding Camp/Academy is addressing one of the key social problems in Mongolia today, which is young people without good job skills, and lack of development and learning opportunities. We have plans to partner with the Christian entrepreneurs and startup community, as well as American-Mongolian immigrant software engineers from the Bay area, to help us launch our first Coding camp. This will dramatically change the tech startup scene as well as the entrepreneurs' initiatives in a nation hungry for future change. So far, we have a team of eight software engineers from Amazon, Google and other large companies who are helping us create survey and syllabus for the camp. We are sending a team of 4 engineers this October for 5 days of basic coding training, one day special gathering on AI and Cyber Security event, as well as a full day Hackathon event.

The Mobile Application Based Projects

About: We were able to translate and launch the Bible for Kids app in Mongolian and within in less than 2 years, we had over 16,000 downloads. Accompanied material called the children’s hope study materials are distributed among 200 churches over 150,000 copies. This year, we also started working with our media partner Among Heir Worthy launched Mongolia’s first Christian audio books, E-book, Podcast application called Gerelt. In less than one month of Beta version test running, we already have over 1200 subscribers and it’s still growing daily. This app will allow Mongolian believers around the world to read and listen to Christian books on their smart devices anywhere and anytime. This online platform will also serve Christian authors and publishers to solve the distribution problems they are facing in getting their contents to the customers around the world. With the fast pace of changing lifestyle and vast spread nature of Mongolia community around the world, this project certainly brought learning and Christian literature resource creation to the next level. Initially the App is launched with E-Bible, Audio-Bible, 30 E-Books and 13 Audio Books. Our team is working hard to add books weekly and collaborating with publishers and authors in the community. The stage two with Podcast contributors will be added soon later this year.

SOCIAL MEDIA & PODCAST SERIES

About: One of the strategies at ALDN is to reach younger generations of Millennial and GenZ in Mongolian community. Where are these young people? Where do they spend most of their time and how are they connected and access information is quite different nowadays. Our team started looking into the social media space and realized there is much needed positive and value-of based content is lacked online among our young people. Since early this year, we have been posting consistently three posts every week in the category of Inspiration Monday, Wisdom Wednesday and Freedom Friday. So far the reach and receptiveness are very encouraging. We reach over 250,000-500,000 people every week with some videos reaching more than 500,000 people. Most of these young people are not believers and our posts and stories certainly touches their hearts and minds. Our team is also working towards launching our podcast series for young people at the end of this quarter.

116 Movement is modern day most impactful youth movement in Mongolia. It all started by a hip-hop dancer named Tugo pursuing his dream after winning at Mongolia got Talent show a few years back. After he came to faith, he realized he could influence young people by teaching them and empowering them through dancing. Soon after he started a dance studio named 116 Studio and any upon a time there are 100s of teens gather around his studio. They not only learnt dancing, but also experienced a transformative community and the power of the Gospel in their lives. Last year a dozen of the 116 studio youngsters attended Mongolia got talent show and won the third place over all. Their influence and commitment were able to attract over 850 youth to their dancing camp and through social media and other channels, they were able to touch more young people, specially GenZ more than anyone in Mongolia. Now 116 officially become a movement that inspires, empowers and mobilizes the youth in Mongolia through their creative programs, online community and conferences. ALDN is partnering with 116 to bring more leadership capacity, necessary mentoring and strategic programs to the movement to enhance its mission!
