The Mercy Community Center (MCC) in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, is more than a building—it’s a resource for generations. Designed to meet physical, spiritual, and mental needs, the Mercy Center will serve as a permanent hub where families find dignity, leaders are equipped, and hope is restored.
In 2025 and 2026 we are entering a new era of hope and restoration! Join us and help meet our goal of $120,000 to complete this building that will be the starting point for Mongolians to find safety, community, and empower their dreams.
The Mercy Center is designed to break cycles of poverty and move families from temporary relief to lasting transformation.
Mercy Café & Catering – A social venture generating income and creating jobs.
Thrift Store & Vocational Programs – Empowering families with skills and stability.
Local Church Engagement – 13 partner churches mobilizing volunteers and resources.
Phase 1 (July–Nov 2025) – Construction & Guest House Renovation
400 sqm Mercy Community Center main building
180 sqm Guest House renovation
Expanded basement (200 sqm) to maximize ministry space
Need: Due to Mongolia’s short building season, Phase 1 construction must be completed before mid-November 2025. Current secured funds ($185,000) leave a $35,000 gap.
Your Impact: A gift would directly close this gap, ensuring the building is completed on time and ready to host Christmas outreach and winter gatherings.
Phase 2 (Mar–Oct 2026) – Furnishings & Campus Fixtures
Kitchen, multipurpose hall, Mercy Café, guest house furnishings, landscaping
Outdoor Facilities & Fixtures: playground, basketball court, container, and Ger ($50,000 package)
Your Impact: A second $50,000 gift would fully cover this Outdoor Facilities package—the largest and most visible component of Phase 2.
This investment would:
Provide a safe playground for children from vulnerable families.
Build a basketball court for youth outreach and sports ministry.
Create gathering spaces (Ger & container) for retreats and discipleship.
These facilities will serve 2,000+ children and youth annually, creating one of the most joy-filled, high-visibility spaces on the campus.
