The Faith & Work Entrepreneurship programs offers training, conferences, and mentorship programs to inspire and develop future business entrepreneurs, service leaders, creative professionals and other talent in Mongolia and throughout Asia. Young leaders are encouraged to discover their God-given gifts while finding profound purpose. Our mission is to foster societal transformation by empowering individuals to integrate their beliefs into their work and to oppose injustice. We believe that by providing support and opportunities to aspiring dreamers, doers, and visionaries, we can inspire a nation.
Did you know? In 2024, we had nearly 200 next generation leaders gather in Mongolia for the Unleash Summit, our annual leadership conference. Be part of the Unleash movement and join us in 2025!

In 2024 we supported 210 entrepreneurs and partnered with 40 mentors, helping to shape ethical leaders committed to both business success and community impact.
