Joined Forces to Empower Children and Tackle Bullying

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, two young Mongolian entrepreneurs found themselves in the Aspire LaunchPad cohort. Naranzul, an English teacher who had shifted her classes online, and Bumgerel, whose team taught coding to children at their Edit Mongolia center. Upon completion of the program, they realized the value in merging their complementary services and subsequently created the Edit Learning Hub - a comprehensive platform offering courses in English language, computer programming, arts, and beyond.

During one of their courses, the team was shocked to hear a student's harrowing account of being bullied at school. Disturbed by this revelation, they discovered that the issue was pervasive in the classroom and, as such, made the decision to take action. Through reaching out to the school's social worker, they proceeded to teach the Digital Citizenship Education course on Peer Bullying and Cyberbullying to all 5th graders in the public school. The impact of this initiative was profound, as the school reported an increase in awareness of the impacts of bullying among the children, leading to direct intervention when incidents occurred.

Building on the success of their program, the Edit team took things a step further by launching the Digital Citizen International Program in collaboration with the police department and other government agencies. The program covered critical topics such as personal data security, cyberbullying protection, and social media balance, and its reach expanded to more public schools - spanning primary to secondary levels - becoming a vital tool for children's education.

The collaboration between Naranzul and Bumgerel's businesses served as a prime example of the incredible impact entrepreneurs can have when they join forces. Through their efforts, they improved the lives of many young children and made their communities safer and more secure. Interestingly, several students who attended their courses 2-3 years ago were motivated to embrace religion and faith through gospel efforts like the Festival of Joy and Alpha Course - a testament to the broader impact of their program.

Mercy and Justice:

Tseegi’s Journey of Hope

Programs like our Mercy Network have enabled us to reach individuals
like Tseegi, a man who has overcome physical disability and estranged
fatherhood to pick up his cross and follow Jesus. Transformed by the
Gospel during one of our food delivery visits, Tseegi wholeheartedly
embraced Jesus into his life.

He now actively serves at his local church, extending a helping hand
across various ministries and mentors two young pupils, imparting onto
them both the skills they need to make a living and the spiritual guidance
to live a Christ-centered life.

We have helped hundreds others like Tseegi through our monthly food
packs, delivering essentials like rice, meat, vegetables, holiday gifts and
coal alongside relational care and prayer support that connects locals
with the mercy church network. Since the conception of Mercy Network
in 2020, we have delivered over a million meals to those who are suffering.

This remarkable journey of resilience, faith, and community would not
have been possible without compassionate partnership.

Transformative Journey of Strength and Growth

I used to find solace in the art of drawing and doodling, relishing the act of bringing my creative visions to life on paper. However, this passion was often met with well-intentioned but critical voices urging me to invest my time in more conventional pursuits, like pursuing a medical career or becoming an lawyer.

Yet, going on this course offered by the Aspire LaunchPad has been a an eye opening experience. It has provided me with a nurturing environment where I can explore and learn about my own potential and future. This invaluable experience has given life into aspirations that once felt distant and unreachable, particularly the dream of establishing my own thriving business based on my creative endeavors.

Through the Aspire LaunchPad, I've had the opportunity to go on a path of growth and empowerment. It has helped me to see the belief that the gifts I possess, given to me by God, can be harnessed for the greater good and to bring glory to God. It's a reminder that success can be defined in ways far more expansive and unlimited ways than the constraints I grew up with.
